-How to spend your wedding day-

The day of your wedding can be a bit crazy. While it is the day you’ve dreamed aboutyour whole life and planned for hours and hours, the actual day can be a bitoverwhelming. Working with countless brides, here are a few things I've noticedbrides have done to make the moments before the big walk down the isle not onlymemorable but helpful and less stressful!

-Have a timeline-

Knowing where you need to be and when is essential. I make a timeline for mybrides that I coordinate with the planner and photographer to make sure I have mybrides and their wedding party ready when they need to be. But having a timelinefor the whole day just makes things run smoothly and keeps you from having toworry about everyone else. Send it out to everyone who needs to be there for familyphotos etc. But then give a copy to your Maid of Honor (or someone who will bosseveryone around) and have part her duties to keep everyone on track and answerall the annoying messages from anyone who didn’t read the email with the timelinedetails etc.

-Food-

For most weddings we start in the morning so get the party started with a yummylight breakfast/brunch with fruits and pastries and don’t forget the coffee and mostimportant start of this fabulous celebration with some Mimosas and Bellinies. And don’t forget lunch! Have it planned out before if your are going to get take outfrom somewhere-have menus available for your girls to order from. Or just havetrays the girls can make a plate from-maybe you do a little fancy charcuterie. Andagain, don’t forget the Mimosas!

-Comfy clothes/Robes/Jammies-

Who doesn’t want to wear cozy jammies or robes all day while sipping Mimosas andgetting pampered? Not to mention the fabulous photos of you and your girls all gussiedup sipping champagne. Choose something to lounge in that reflects you, don’t juststick with the trends. I recently had a bride who found some fabulous jamies thatwere soft with velvet trim that were absolutely her! I loved that she chosesomething that was what she wanted and made her feel comfy not just whateveryone else on Pinterest was doing!

-Music-

Music is a must! I have done countless weddings and there is nothing worse thanbeing a room of ladies sitting in silence! So get yourself a fabulousplaylist/Spotify/Pandora and spend the morning with your favorite ladies, celebrating your day with some sweet jams and a little bootie shakin!

-Most Important-

Don’t forget what today is about. It’s a celebration of you and your sweetheart's love.Family and friends have come together to celebrate this special day with you sodon’t get caught up on the little stuff.
