Just allow it to dry before applying your lip color.Next outline the lips with a lip pencil that matches the shade of lipstick are wearing. Using a lip pencil adds definition to your lips, helps prolong the wear of your lip color and keeps the color from “bleeding” or “feathering” by locking the color in place within your lip line. Start with an X-shape on your cupids bow then softly follow the natural lines of your lips. Be extra soft on the corners to avoid creating a look that is too harsh.Finally apply your lipstick or lip gloss.
